Why your morning routine will help you perform better.

Morning routines

I have always been a morning person. Something about having a couple hours in the morning to myself before going to work was always enough to get me out of bed early.

I start my day with a nice strong cup of coffee, then I’ll usually sit down and do a quick 15 minute meditation. After that, I usually pick up a good book and spend about 30 minutes reading. I like to do my 30 minute run after I read in the morning which helps boosts my energy level for most of the day. After I’ll have a good cold shower which has drastically reduced my anxiety and also gives me lots of energy. After that I start working which I can usually do a pretty intense 4 hours of all the hard tasks before taking a break. Typically I skip breakfast and wait till around lunch to eat something.

I have found by consistently following this, my daily my energy levels stay consistently high till later in the afternoon.
